Flat and low-slope roofs fail differently than pitched roofs — usually at the seams, drains, and penetrations. Alex Roofing installs heat-welded TPO and PVC single-ply membranes that stand up to Central Coast sun and coastal moisture, with proper slope to drain and detailing at every curb, pipe, and parapet. We work on homes with flat sections, additions, patio covers, and full commercial buildings.
Our Process

Drainage Review
We map ponding areas and drainage before specifying the system.

Substrate Prep
Old membrane is removed or prepped and wet insulation is replaced.

Membrane Install
Single-ply is mechanically fastened or adhered, then seams are heat-welded.

Detail & Test
Every penetration is flashed and seams are probed before sign-off.
